Consumer payment rate configuration is a consumer must register to Revenue Billing module for the service provided by the organisation. While registering organisation demands payment from the consumer which is returned to consumer once he closes the account with organisation. This module stores the payment rates into the system.

This module is responsible for storing and managing the predefined payment rates associated with different services. It ensures that the correct payment amounts are configured and applied during consumer registration.
