Crime File Management System

The project titled as Crime File Management System is a software application developed using VB.NET and SQL Server. This software is for police station which provides facility for reporting crimes, complaints, FIR, charge sheet, prisoner records, show most wanted criminals details, law and order details as well as court details. It also track police station constable details, police information, attendance details, salary report, over time, etc. This Software Package allows Police Departments to store all the details related to the department and use them whenever necessary.

The aim of proposed system is to develop a system of improved facilities. The proposed system can overcome all the limitations of the existing system. The system provides proper security and reduces the manual work. The existing system in police station has several disadvantages and many more difficulties to work well. The proposed system tries to eliminate or reduce these difficulties up to some extent. The proposed system helps the police station employees to work user friendly.

The main modules in this project include users and the administrator. The user can file a complaint, add a criminal report, upload the details of criminals with photo, view all further updates by other users.

We designed our Crime File Management System software software application to be highly efficient as well as user-friendly. This project developed using VB.NET and all the record stores in SQL database. The  Crime File Management System project was developed by a team of Free student project programmers including several freelance developers.
