This manual helps the user to understand and make use of the system easier. This manual describes the main functions of “RTO Management System Project”. This “Vehicle Management System” project enables administrators of the system to efficiently manage his RTO information. Admin can also Add, Update, Delete the vehicle details. It is designed to replace an existing manual records thereby reducing time taken for recording data. The system uses visual studio 2007 as front and Sql server as back end for the database.
This software is very easy to understand and use, as the controls and the inputs are very user friendly and in conformation with the existing standards.
The system is strong enough to withstand regressive daily operations under conditions where the database is regularly maintained and cleared over a certain time of span. The implementation of the system in the organization will considerably reduce data entry, time and also provide readily reports.
In all, the project was concluded successfully to the satisfaction of the concerned authorities. The software is decomposed into several modules for the convenience of the client. The admin has to initially enter the details of the vehicles. All these information are stored in database. Here we can add, delete or update and also can view the existing records. The modules are transaction purpose. This module has designed to keep track all the learner license, test, vehicle registration, license, expenses, income that have done by the RTO officers.
