Staff mutual benefit fund deals the information regarding loan transactions of staff members in a college. it also stores the information regarding payments done by the staff members. Before the information stored in text based records like files, records etc it was very tedious process to search information regarding staff members. This project provides various search criteria’s so that information could be searched in fraction of seconds which is less time consuming and reduces the man power.

Login

- This form will be used to login the staff mutual benefit fund.
- Submit button can be used to submit the username and password.
- Cancel button can be used to cancel the login inputs.
- Default User name is Admin and Password is 123
Master

- This form contain 6 main menus each menus contains the sub menu items
- Applicant Details menu contain three sub menus they are Members,Applicant and view member.
- Loan Details Menu contains 3 sub menus they are Committee loans ,view loans, Received loans.
- Account Details Menu contains5 sub menus they are Payment to members, Monthly ,Receipts & Payments, Expenditure & Income, Liabilities & Assets.
- Settings Menu Contains 2 sub menus change password and Year activation
- Calculator this menu contains the calculator
- Help this menu contains the user manual which helps the user to understand the system.
Member Form

- ID – Each and every member of the staff mutual benefit fund contains the identification the ID is generated automatically the default ID starts from 1001
- New button can be used to add new member details
- Submit button used to submit or save the details in database
Applicant Form

- New button can be used to add new applicant details
- Save button used to submit or save the details in database
- Cancel button used to close the form
Viewmember Form

- Refund button is used to refund the membership fees and also removes the member detail from the database.
Loanrecived Form

- Submit button used to submit or save the details in database
- Reset button used to clear all the fields and allows to enter the new inputs
- Cancel button used to close the form
Total loan from members Form

- Close button closes the current form
Viewloans Form

- This form displays the record off all the members who took loan
Pay to members Form

- Submit button used to submit or save the details in database
- Cancel button used to close the form
Monthly Form

- Submit button used to submit or save the details in database
- Cancel button used to close the form
Receipts and Payments Form

- Total button calculates all field values
Income Expence Form
