The primary goal of this project is to develop software for managing all records associated with mosque operations, including member details, monthly contributions, rental income, issuance of marriage certificates, records of unmarried members, and income reports. This system is designed to streamline tasks, minimize manual calculations, and facilitate quick record searches.

Modules:

  1. Membership: This module tracks both Jamath members and committee members, allowing for the addition of new members to each group.
  2. Income: This module records all income sources, such as monthly contributions, rental collections, auction proceeds, and running collections. Users can add new income entries and print reports as needed.
  3. Expense: This module allows for recording all expenses incurred by the mosque.
  4. Student: This module manages student details and enables the issuance and printing of transfer certificates.
  5. Configuration: This module enables adding new users to the software and updating mosque information as needed.
  6. Report: This module generates reports on income and expenses by date. Additional reports, like case-based reports, can also be created based on specified dates.
