An enquiry form script is a type of script that is used to create a web form for customer enquiries. This script can be written in HTML, JavaScript, PHP, or any other scripting language. The script should include a form that has fields for the customer to fill out, such as their name, email address, phone number, and the nature of their enquiry. Once the customer has filled out the form, the script should be able to send the customer a confirmation email and forward the enquiry on to the relevant person or department. Additionally, the script should be able to store the customer’s details in a database, so that they can be contacted in the future.
Requirements:
- Front End: PHP (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) – 5.0 or greater
- Back End: MySQL Server
Main Feature of this project:
This is the simple Enquiry form which stores first name, last name, company name, address, city, state, country, pin code, phone number, mobile number, fax, subject, and any comment. User can add, View , update or delete the records. In this form we used Textbox, Text area and WYSIWYG editor. All the details kept mandatory in this form.
This project has excellent feature with WYSIWYG editor. WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) and Rich text editor has simple and easy to use text editing capabilities of any standard word processor. It allows quick and easy content creation.
This script is very flexible and you can use it with your websites. Here we created 4 pages i.e; submitting enquiry form records, view enquiry form, edit enquiry details, and delete the unnecessary details. Implementing this code is very simple. We have shared complete script and mysql database.
