Dental Clinic Management System is a Dental Clinic software promotes easy data entry and usage. It includes patient’s personal information, medical and dental history, treatment plan, patient education, case reports and statistics. This makes your dental practice more convenient, efficient and precise, thus promoting a paperless office. Dental Software is a process of implementing all the activities of the Dental clinic in a computerized automated way to fasten the performance. This project is to maintain the patient’s Personal Details, Systemic Alerts, Dental Problems, Treatment Details, and Case Report and to calculate the bill for the treatment of the patient.
The main purpose of our system is to make Dental Clinic task easy and to develop the software that replaces the manual Dental System into automated Dental System. This document serves as the unambiguous guide for the development of this software system.
We are committed to bring the best way of management in the various forms of Dental Master System. We understand that Dental Master System in not a product to be sold, it is to manage the inner operation of Dental Clinic with best system functionalities.
The software is used in dental clinic to maintain the records of patients in advanced fashion instead of paper document and the systemic alert module of this software gives the treatment details of the patient for their different deseases which is given by the different specialists which helps the doctor to treat their patient in a best way.
It also includes appointment schedule. It is easy to search and retrieve the information stored, related to patients when the patient visited more than once. So that the time required for searching the paper documents of the patient will be saved. Previous medical records is used to manage documents of patients visited earlier.

Modules of Dental Clinic Management System
- Patient Personal Details: This is the patient Details page. All the details of the patient are recorded from the options given here.
- Appointment: This module is used to handle Daily Patient Appointment for the consultancy for a particular Time.
- Treatment: This module is used to store each Patient Treatment details along with Date, tooth number, etc.
- Prescription: This module deals with the activities related to storing the Prescription for a patient like Dosage, days, etc.
- Case Reports: This module is to see the full Patient History of Treatment, prescription along with their dates.
- Admin: Includes the authorization right on the Master tables data’s, and also some special Rights.
Users Dental Clinic Management System
This software will be used in dental clinic by two kinds of user.
- Administrator: Administrator is the one who adds or administers the function of dental clinic.
- Receptionist: Receptionist is the one who takes appointment for the patient and helps the patient to know about clinical information.
