The project entitled “Online Advertisement Booking in Newspaper” the main aim of the project is to provide live advertisements with the users selected images and content in newspapers. Main aim of this project is to provide a web based application for advertising agency to take orders from clients and improve chances of advertising business by going online. The main theme is to provide advertisement in form of text, images. This project is a service business dedicated to creating, planning and handling advertisements for its clients. Customers can choose the advertisement types for the advertisements to be registered.The type of ads are,

Modules of Online Advertisement Booking in Newspaper:
The functionalities of a system act as its system features. The system should be capable to do the following functionalities.
- Login Process: In is the process by which individual access to a computer system is controlled by identification of the user using credentials provided by the user. A user can log in to a system to post new advertisement request and can then log out when the access is no longer needed.
- User Login Validation: If the Administrator uses the valid user id and password, he can access the data.
- Add new newspaper: This process is done by administrator to add new newspaper .And is stored in database.
- Add new Editions: This process is done by administrator to add new editions for newspapers.for example kochi for mathruboomi newspaper.
- Add new category: This includes the work of administrator to add new category for newspapers such as matrimonial,educational etc.
- Add pricedetails: This process was done by administrator to add price details for each type of advertisements.Price details includes price corresponding to ad type,size and specifications.
- View client details: In this the details of registerd client can be viewed by administrator that was stored in database.
- View Order Details: This includes details of booked advertisements based on date.Here admin can also view ad contents.This mainly deals with received orders of ads on that day.
- Registration: In this module the new user will submit their personal details and username,password.All the details will be stored in database.
- Select newspaper: In this module new user selects newspaper,type,edition,category on which his ad to be published.
- Compose Ad: Here user composes his Ad.Here user can upload Ad,Design his own Ad.
- Schedule and Make Payment: Here user selects the date in which the Ad in newspaper to be published.Then payment is to be made using creditcard.
- Change Password: This process gives an option to change the password.
