“Fish Meal and Fish Oil Inventory Software Application” is mainly about to automate the existing system of manually maintain the records of the clients, raw fish records, dispatch records, make payment records, dispatch payment records, expense records etc.. Admin has the right to change the content of the user details and the information regarding the materials. This inventory system is software which is basically used to store the details about the companies from whom the raw fish is purchased and also the stores the details of the companies who buys the fish meal and fish oil. It is designed to replace an existing manual record system for reducing time taken for calculations and for storing data.
The proposed system will reduce the manual calculation and also save time to search any records. Billing can be done in short duration of time. Admin has the right to add, delete and update the information.

Project Modules of Fish Meal and Fish Oil Inventory Software Application:
User Creation: User Name and Password will be provided for the admin and the user.
Client: In Client module, the basic details of the client are added from whom the raw fish is purchased. Along with the adding, the client records which are added can also be viewed.
Raw Fish Material: In this module, the raw fish purchase details are added. Along with the adding, the records which are added can also be viewed.
Dispatch: In this module, the company sells the fish meals or fish oils to other companies. Those other company records are stored in this module. Along with the adding, the records which are added can also be viewed.
Payment: Payment module will include the dispatch payment record and also the raw fish purchase record.
Company: In this module, the company which purchases the fish meal and fish oil, the records of those companies are added. Along with the adding, the records which are added can also be viewed.
Fire-wood Sellers: To prepare the fish meal and fish oil, the company purchases the firewood. In this module, details of sellers are added from whom the company purchases the firewood.
Fire-wood Purchasers: In this module, detailed description of purchases which done is added. Like the item, weight, rate etc are added.
Report: Report module includes all the Payment reports, detailed client reports, firewood seller’s reports, firewood purchase reports are maintained.
