The idea of this project is to develop Building Construction Management System which focuses on some modules of management of the construction shop. It allows users to maintain the records of the customers and also it allows doing the manual operations in an automated form. This project has been developed using VB.net as the front end and SQL Server 2008 as the back end. Building Construction Management System provides easy access of the data in advanced and ordered fashion. It includes details of Customer, New Project, Booking, Material, Payment and Employee. It manages New Project Details, Advance Payment and Billing for Customer Payment. It is easy to search and retrieve the information stored. It includes complete reporting system.

Modules of Building Construction Management System
- Login module: User must login to the software to access scheme module. In login module user can login to the software by entering login id and password.
- Update and Delete: User can add the Construction details and Customer details and can update or delete the information’s.
- Data Storage: If all the necessary fields are entered then data will be stored in database otherwise appropriate error message will be displayed and the data can be retrieved whenever necessary.
- Customers: Here user can add customers to their respected field and update and delete the customers. If all the necessary fields are entered then data will be stored in database otherwise appropriate error message will be displayed and the data can be retrieved whenever necessary.
- Reports: Retrieving all the information from the database between entered dates and generates payment to employee and flat information to customer.
