The Property Listings Management System features a comprehensive Admin Module that allows administrators to oversee the platform efficiently. The dashboard provides a brief overview of key metrics, including total property types, countries, states, cities, agents, owners, buyers (users), and listed properties. Admins can manage property types, countries, states, and cities by adding, updating, or deleting entries. They can view details of owners, agents, and users, as well as access a list of properties for viewing or deletion. Additionally, admins handle reviews by viewing, approving, disapproving, or deleting them; manage static pages like “About Us” and “Contact Us”; and search for listed properties using criteria such as property ID, name, or mobile number. Admins also have options to update their profile, change or recover their password.
The User Module caters to different roles, including Property Owners, Brokers/Agents, and Buyers (simple users), each with tailored functionalities. All users can access the home page, view the “About Us” and “Contact Us” pages, and browse properties filtered by type, status, or city, including their own and others’. In the “My Account” section, users across roles can edit their profile, change their password, and log out. Property Owners and Agents have additional capabilities: they can add new properties, view their listed properties, receive and respond to enquiries on their listings, and manage answered enquiries. Buyers, on the other hand, can submit enquiries against any property but do not have listing or management features, focusing instead on exploration and interaction with available listings.
