It helps to banker the maintain loan details and customer information. It is user friendly.The application to be developed to manage Loan and Advances facilities available in bank. Loans and Advances mainly focus on Customer satisfaction and it helps to achieve baking goal by providing good facilities. It will then produce useful management information system reports.

Product Perspective
Loan and Advances is intended as a new self contained product which will replace the existing manual system. It has been developed on clients requirements, where they wanted to automate/ computerize the way of providing loans facilities such as housing loan , gold loan, vehicle loan etc. and it also keep track of loans payment details and to generate reports such as monthly report ,daily, yearly reports and reports on particular date. By using this software it helps to get the information soon and saves the time.
Modules
- Login: The admin creates user name and password for the login module he will store the information login table using that information he can login into the loan and advance management system.
- Create account module: In this module staff will store customer information in database and also retrieve the customer information from the database.The staff has the right to add, delete and update the customer information.
- Loan type modules: This module specifies different types of loan, interest and loan terms.

- Repayment module: This module is used to deal with those cases where a sum of money is borrowed for a certain amount of time and is repaid at the periodic intervals with a specified interest added at the end of each interval.
